I've isolated the problem with me not being able to awaken properly for the 22..1 nap.
My alarm clock hates the 1 hour.
So, for now I'm going to shift the time on my clock a few hours so this shit doesn't happen. Hopefully.
Anyway...
Yesterday's naps were pretty full. Likely due to the sleep deprevation I've had yesterday.
(Last night didn't help much with that.)
Oh well. If I can't get my schedule right by day 14, I'm going back to the uninap method.
